Abstract: | Program CSR merupakan program yang mempunyai kepentingan untuk memperhatikan keuntungan bagi masyarakat banyak dan bukan untuk kepentingan perusahaan semata. CSR dapat digunakan perusahaan sebagai strategi pencitraan bagi perusahaan. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dilakukan bagi masyarakat khususnya masyarakat di sekitar area perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 'bagaimana pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)~ oleh humas PT. Panen Lestari Internusa (Sogo Dept Store) Medan Dalam Meningkatkan Citra Perusahaan melalui program CSR. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif Sumber data penelitian ini didapatkan melalui data primer dan data sekunder Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa data kualitatif, terhadap konsep penelitian yakni program CSR yang diturunkan dalam beberpa kategori yakni perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program CSR. Berdasarkan, data yang diperoleh dari lapangan diambil kesimpulan yang bersifat khusus kepada yang bersifat umum kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian Pelaksanaan program CSR yang dilakukan oleh Humas PT. Panen Lestari Internusa (sogo Dept store) adalah CSR yang berbentuk Corporate philantropy yaitu perusahaan memberikan sumbangan langsung dalam bentuk derma untuk kalangan masyarakat tertentu. Sumbangan tersebut berbentuk pemberian uang secara tunai, paket bantuan, atau pelayanan secara cuma-cuma. The CSR program is a program that has significance to pay attention to advantages for the community and not for the benefit of the company solely. CSR can be used the company as imaging strategiesfor the company. Corporate social responsibility is performed for the community especially the communities around the areas of the company. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), by publicist PT Sustainable harvest Internusa (Sogo Dept. Store) Field in improving the company's image through the CSR programs. This type of research is qualitative, with a deskripufSumber approach to this research data obtained through primary data and secondary data Research uses qualitative data analysis techniques, to the concept of research i.e. the CSR program derived in certain category i.e. planning, execution, and evaluation of pengoorganisasian CSR programs. Based on data obtained from the field drawn conclusions that are specific to the public which is then presented in the form of a narrative. The results of the research implementation of CSR programs undertaken by Publicist PT Harvest Sustainably Internusa (sogo Dept. store) is the CSR Corporate philantropy i.e. companies contribute directly in the form of alms for the community certain. The shape of the grant money donations in cash, aid package, or service free of charge. |
