Abstract: Plan development activities Shelter District 9 Apartment is located in Jalan Gedung Arca No. 5 Village Exemplary Eastern District of Medan Kota, Kota Medan - North Sumatra, is expected to attract and generate traffic that will increase the traffic load that would affect the performance of the road network Gedung Arca was the way of the city, so that when the volume increases on these roads in would significantly reduced the level of service. Therefore, to calculate the magnitude of the impact that occurred a need to study the impact of the expected traffic can be minimized by providing the right solution. Based on the analysis results have been made known Od an Origin Destinations districk 9 Before Development department that is traveling at 7470 Smp / hour. Roads can be seen the highest performance Before Development districk 9 Apartment namely Roads Sisimangaraja V / C ratio is 0.78 with a level of service D and Roads M.Joni Segment 1 V / C ratio is 0.76 with a Level of Service D, while Roads statue Building Segment 3 which is the street in front of the construction site at the time of or prior to the construction of the existing condition V / C ratio is 0:54 with Level Of Service C. Based on the analysis that has been done by consultants road Network performance prior to the construction of an unknown journey time 233.4 veh / h, distence Traveled 6996.5 veh / h, Feul consumtion 631.6 Liter, Network Speed 30 Km / Hr.
Description: Rencana kegiatan pembangunan Rumah Hunian District-9 Apartment berada di Jalan Gedung Arca No. 5 Kelurahan Teladan Barat Kecamatan Medan Kota, Kota Medan – Sumatera Utara, diperkirakan dapat menarik dan membangkitkan lalu lintas yang akan menambah beban lalu lintas yang tentunya berpengaruh pada kinerja jaringan jalan Gedung Arca yang merupakan jalan Kota, sehingga bila bertambahnya volume pada ruas jalan tersebut secara signifikan tentu akan berkurangnya tingkat pelayanan jalan tersebut. Oleh karena itu untuk menghitung besaran dampak yang terjadi Perlu dilakukan kajian dampak lalu lintas yang diharapkan dapat diminimalkan dengan memberikan solusi yang tepat. Berdasarkan Hasil Analisa yang telah dilakukan diketahui Od Matriks Asal Tujuan Perjalanan Sebelum Pembangunan Districk 9 partemen yaitu melakukan perjalanan sebesar 7470 Smp/Jam. Dapat diketahui Kinerja Ruas Jalan tertinggi Sebelum Pembangunan Districk 9 Apartemen yaitu Ruas Jalan Sisimangaraja V/C Rationya 0.78 dengan Level of service D dan Ruas Jalan M.Joni Segmen 1 V/C rationya 0.76 dengan Level Of Service D, Sedangkan Ruas Jalan Gedung arca Segmen 3 yang merupakan jalan didepan lokasi pembangunan pada saat kondisi eksisting atau sebelum pembangunan V/C Rationya 0.54 dengan Level Of Service C. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan oleh konsultan Kinerja Jaringan Jalan Sebelum pembangunan diketahui journey time 233,4 kend/jam, Distence Traveled 6996,5 kend/jam, Feul consumtion 631.6 Liter,Network Speed 30 Km/Jam.
