Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara locus of control internaldengan kepuasan kerja pada sopir PT. Pratama Makmur Jaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sopir bus PT.Pratama Makmur Jaya berjumlah 40 orang, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu berjumlah 40 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Locus Of Control Internal dan kepuasan kerja yang diukur dengan menggunakan bentuk skala Likret. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Locus Of Control Internaldengan kepuasan kerja pada sopir PT. Pratama Makmur Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan signifikansi kolerasi p=0,000 < 0,05 artinya ada hubungan positif antara Locus Of Control Internaldengan kepuasan kerja pada sopir PT. Pratama Makmur Jaya, dengan koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 0,168 dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,8%. Dengan kata lain hipotesis dapat diterima. Kepuasan kerja tergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 70,30) lebih >mean hipotetik = 60 dimana selisihnya tidak melebihi dari bilang (SD = 9,983), dan untuk Locus Of Control Internaltergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 73,13 >mean hipotetik = 65 dimana selisih tidak melebihi bilangan (SD = 6,478). This study aims to determine the relationship between the internal locus of control and job satisfaction in PT drivers. Pratama Makmur Jaya. This research method uses quantitative methods, the population in this study is PT bus drivers. Pratama Makmur Jaya numbered 40 people, and the sample in this study was the entire population of 40 people, the sampling technique in this study used the total sampling technique.the data collection method in this study used the Internal Locus Of Control scale and job satisfaction as measured using the Likret scale form. The data analysis technique uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a significant relationship between internal locus of control and job satisfaction in PT drivers. Pratama Makmur Jaya. The results showed that the significance of colleration p= 0.00 < 0.05 means that there is a positive relationship between the Locus Of Internal Control and job satisfaction in the driver of PT. Pratama Makmur Jaya, with a determinant coefficient (r2) of 0.168 with a contribution of 16.8%. In other words, the hypothesis is acceptable. Job satisfaction is relatively high (empirical mean = 70.30) more > hypothetical mean = 60 where the difference does not exceed from say (SD = 9.983), and for Locus of Internal Control is classified as high (empirical mean = 73.13 > hypothetical mean = 65 where the difference does not exceed the number (SD = 6.478) |
