This study aims to determine the relation between self-efficacy and self-adjustment in SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan during limited face-to-face learning. The total population is 360 students, while the samples taken from the population are 120 students. The sample of this study were students of class X and XI at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. The data collection method in this study used a total sampling technique. The self-efficacy variable was measured using the self-efficacy scale which was measured from 21 valid items (a = 0.905), while the self-adjustment variable was measured using the self-adjustment scale which was measured from 36 valid items (a = 0.874). The results of this study showed a correlation coefficient of r = 0.786, with a significant p = 0.000 meaning <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis put forward by the researcher, namely that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-adjustment, is acceptable. The positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the self-adjustment of female students. Self-efficacy makes an effective contribution of 61.80% to self-adjustment and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in other studies.en_US
