dc.description.abstractDalam melaksanakan tugasnya, tenaga keamanan berperan sebagai unsur dalam tnembantu pimpinan instansi atau proyek atau badan usaha ataupun perkantoran tempat ia bertugas di bidang keamanan dan ketertiban lingkungan atau area kerjanya. Selain itu tenaga keamanan juga dapat dikatakan sebagai pembantu Polri dalam pembinaan keamanan dan ketertiban, terutama di bidang penegakan hukum dan "Security Mindedness" dalam lingkungan area kerja. Kegiatan tenaga keamanan disesuaikan dengan keadaan dan lingkungan serta kebutuhan masing • masing perkantoran sebagai penjabaran dan fungsi tenaga keamanan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana evaluasi kinerja tenaga keamanan outsourching PT. Andalan Bintang Cemerlang dalam menydenggarakan keamanan dan ketertiban dan apakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja tenaga keamanan outsourching PT. Andalan Bintang Cemerlang dalam menyelenggarakan keamanan dan ketertiban. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, maka dari basil penyebarap angket yang berkenaan dengan kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, kesetiaan, prestasi kerja, ketaatan pada peraturan, tanggung jawab dan kerjasama pada umumnya kinerja tenaga keamanan outsourching PT. Andalan Bintang Cemerlang sudah baik. Ada tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja tenaga keamanan outsourching PT. Andalan Bintang Cemerlang yaitu kepemimpinah, motivasi dan informasi. In carrying out their duties, security personnel play the role of an element in assisting the head of an agency or project or business entity or office where he served in the field of security and environmental order or work area. In addition, security personnel can also be said as Police assistant in fostering security and order, especially in the field of law enforcement and "Security Mindedness" in the work area environment. The activities of security personnel are adjusted to the circumstances and environment as well the needs of each • each office as a description and function of personnel security. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to evaluate performance of outsourced security personnel PT. Mainstay Bintang Brilliant in maintain security and order and what are the factors that affect the performance improvement of security personnel outsourcing PT. Mainstay Brilliant Star in maintaining security and order. With using a descriptive approach, then from the results of the questionnaire absorber regarding leadership, discipline, loyalty, work performance, obedience on regulations, responsibilities and cooperation in general performance of personnel security outsourcing PT. The mainstay of the Brilliant Star is good. There are three factors affecting the performance improvement of outsourced security personnel PT. The mainstay of Bintang Cemerlang is leadership, motivation and information.en_US
