dc.description.abstract | OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) adalah sebuah bentuk perilaku pekerja yang dengan sukarela dan tanpa dipaksa melakukan pekerjaannya diluar batas-batas yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Perilaku ini dapat timbul apabila pekerja mendapatkan kepuasan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Timbulnya perilak:u ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan, karena pekerja berusaha memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki untuk jalannya perusahaan. Permasalahan yang hendak dijawab adalah apakah pengaruh kemampuan/pendidikan/pelatihan/pengalaman, orientasi profesional dan pemerataan penghargaan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku OCB (a/turism, concientiusness, sportmanship,courtesy, civic virtue) Penelitian ini menggunakan metode stratified random sampling dalam pengambilan datanya dan dianalisa menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat dari angket yang diisi oleh karyawan dari tiap-tiap cabang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumJah 166 Pegawai tet.ap dan 159 pegawai tidak tetap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hipotesis pertama menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.001, hipotesis dua menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.00, dan hipotesis tiga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.00. sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel Kemampuan/Pengalaman/Pelatihan dan Pengetahuan, Orientasi Professional, dan Pemerataan Penghargaan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap timbulnya peri]aku OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) di kalangan Pegawai PDAM Tirtanadi Provinsi Sumatera Utara. OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) is a form the behavior of workers who voluntarily and without being forced to do their work beyond the limits set by the company. This behavior can occur when workers get satisfaction in carrying out their work. The emergence of this behavior can significantly improve the company's performance as a whole, because workers try to maximize their potential for the running of the company. The problem to be answered is whether influence ability/education/training/experience, professional orientation and equal distribution of rewards affects OCB behavior (a/tourism, conscience, sportmanship, courtesy, civic virtue) This study used a stratified random sampling method data collection and analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Data used is the primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by employees from each branch. The sample used in this study determined using the slovin formula with a total of 166 permanent employees and 159 non-permanent employees. The research results show that the first hypothesis shows a significance value of 0.001, the second hypothesis shows a significance value of 0.00, and hypothesis three shows a significance value of 0.00. so to say that variable Capability/Experience/Training and Knowledge, Orientation Professional, and Equitable Awards have a significant influence to the emergence of OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) behavior in among employees of PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. | en_US |
