Abstract: | Pcnelitian ini bcrtujuan untuk mcngetahui analisis tluktuasi harga dan efisiensi pemasaran biji kakao di Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Simalungun. serta untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa efisien.kah alur pcmasaran biji kakao antara pctani yang menjual biji kakao kepada pengepul desa atau pengcpul tingkat kecamatan. Mctode pcnclitian kali ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menentukan fluktuasi harga dan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dcngan pendekatan farmer's share, analisis margin pcmasaran, analsisis rasio kcuntungan dan biaya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan variasi harga stabil dikarenakan flukutasi dibawah 9% yaitu 0,20% pada tahun 2017, 0,38% pada tahun 2018, dan farmer's share petani yang memasarkan biji kakao alur pertama yaitu kepada pengepul desa pada tahun 2017 sebesar 63,74% dan 2018 sebesar 63,75% sedangkan untuk alur kedua yang memasarkan biji kakao kepada pengepul kecamatan pada tahun 2017 sebesar 79,964% dan 2018 sebesar 79,96%, pemasaran pada kedua alur dikatakn efisien namun yang paling efisien adaJah alur kedua. Akan lebih baik lagi jika petani mampu mengelola pemasarannya sehingga dapat mcnjual biji kakaonya langsung kepada pabrik ataupun kualitas ekspor tanpa harus melalui alur pemasara yang biasanya. This research aims to know the analysis of price fluctuations and marketing efficiency of cocoa beans in Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. as well as to identify how efficient the marketing flow of cocoa beans is between farmers selling cocoa beans to village collectors or district-level collectors. The research method this time used a descriptive analysis research method qualitative to determine price fluctuations and use quantitative analysis with a farmer's share approach, marketing margin analysis, ratio analysis profit and cost. From the research results, it can be concluded that the price variation is stable due to fluctuations below 9%, namely 0.20% in 2017, 0.38% in 2018, and farmer's share of farmers who market cocoa beans in the first line, namely to village collectors in 2017 amounted to 63.74% and 2018 amounted to 63.75% while for the second channel which markets cocoa beans to collectors in the sub-district of Pada in 2017 at 79.964% and 2018 at 79.96%, marketing in both channels said to be efficient but the most efficient is the second path. It would be even better if farmers were able to manage their marketing so that can sell their cocoa beans directly to factories or export quality without must go through the usual marketing channels. |
