dc.description.abstractSaat ini kualitas merupakan bahasan yang penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan, termasuk pada organisasi atau institusi pemerintah sebagai lembaga penyedia pelayanan publik. Negara dan sistem pemerintahan menjadi tumpuan pelayanan warga Negara dalam mempero!eh jaminan atas hak-haknya karenanya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan (quality of services) akan menjadi penting sehingga lembaga atau organisasi pemerintah semakin dituntut untuk menciptakan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat mendorong dan meningkatkan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat. Berdasarkan Jatar belakang tersebut di atas telah menarik perhatian penulis untuk melakukan kajian mengenai "Studi Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) Pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Sumatera Utam.. UPT Lubuk Pakam". Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis kualitatif dengan melihat kualitas pelayanan publik pembayaran BBN-PKB Pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Sumatera Utara, UPT Lubuk Pakam. Currently quality is an important discussion in the implementation services, including in government organizations or institutions as institutions public service provider. The state and the system of government are the foundation citizen services in obtaining guarantees for their rights because of this improving the quality of services (quality of services) will be important so government agencies or organizations are increasingly required to create quality services that can encourage and increase community economic activity. Based on the background above, it has attracted the attention of the author conducted a study on the "Study of the Quality of Tax Payment Public Services Motorized Vehicles (PKB) at the Revenue Service Office of the Province of Sumatra Utam.. UPT Lubuk Pakam". The type of research used in this research is descriptive by using a qualitative analysis approach by looking at quality BBN-PKB payment public services at the Sumatra Revenue Service Office North, UPT Lubuk Pakam.en_US
