Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelayanan publik yang mempengamhi kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak bumi dan bangllilan sehingga dapat meningkatkan penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan yang mempakan pendapatan asli daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mernmjukkan hubungan sebab akibat pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan,dilihat dar( standar pelayarian -yang merupakan ukuran yang hams dimiliki dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik yang meliputi prosedur pelayanan, waktu penyelesaian, produk pelayanan, biaya pelayanan, sarana dan prasarana dan kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak di kelurahan harjosari II kecamatan Medan Amplas di Kota Medan. TP.knik pengambilan sampel dengan cara random. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 6.573. Besarnya sampel diperoleh dengan mmus Taro Yamane. Hasil penelitian menWljukkan pelayanan berpengamh terhadap kepatuhan dan pengetahuan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak bumi dan bangWlan. Oleh karena itu, Dinas Pendapatan Kota Medan melalui Unit Pelaksana Teknis hams memperhatikan apakah pelayanan yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan apa yang menjadi harapan masyarakat, menguntungkan masyarakat dan memperdulikan rasa keadilan sehingga dapat dimmuskan bahwa pelayanan yang baik dapat meningkatkan penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangooan sehingga target yang telah ditentukan dapat tercapai. This study aimed to analyze the public services that affect taxpayer compliance in paying the taxes of the earth and buildings that are the original revenue area. This research is a study that shows the causal relationship of service to tax payer compliance in paying the taxes of the earth and buildings, seen.from the standard services is a must-have measure in the provision qfpublic services which includes procedure services, feed services, advice and infi"astructure, and the last competence of provider services. increasing the property tax receipts which are local revenue. The population in this study is the tax payer in the village of Medan Amp/as Harjosari II districts in Medan. The sampling technique by way of random. A total population of 6,573. The size of the sample i:; obtained by Taro Yamane formula. The results showed services the effect on tax payer compliance and knowledge in paying the earth and buildings taxes. Therefore, the Department of Revenue Medan through the Technical Implementation Unit should consider whether the services provided are in accordance with what the expectations of society benefit the community and care about the sense of justice that can be formulated that good service can increase earth and buildinf,;s tax receipts so that the set target could be achieved. |
