Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif korelasional. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant relationship simultaneously self -esteem and achievement motivation with the principal's self -efficacy in Medan City. The method used in this study is correlance to descriptive methods. |
