dc.description.abstractPerusaha:.m yang bergerak dibidang apapun yang sukses mcncapai kinerja pemasarannya. bukan semata mala terletak pada kemampuan mcreka dalam menentukan strategi bauran pemasarrumya, namun lebih mcnekankan pada kemampuan mcreka memabami dcngan baik mcngcnai pelanggannya. liasil lain diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yakni dikctahui bahwa subjek pcnclitian ini para pegawai PT. lndah Traso Medan, memiliki pcrilaku prososial yang tergolong baik d<ln mcmiliki kcmampuan cmpati yang tcrgolong baik demikianjuga dcngan pcrilaku bcrorientasi pelanggan yang diperoleh juga tergolong baik. Hal ini dikctahui dcngan mel ihat nilai ratarata/ mean empiriknya perilaku prososial (97,58) dan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya (82,5). Companies: m engaged in any field that is successful in achieving performance the marketing. not only lies in their ability to determine the marketing mix strategy, but more emphasis on their ability to understand well about their customers. Another result was obtained from this study, which was known that the subject In this research, employees of PT. Indah Traso Medan, has behavior prosocial which is classified as good and has good empathy skills classified as good as well as customer oriented behavior obtained is also quite good. This is known by looking at the average value/ the empirical mean of prosocial behavior (97.58) and the average value hypothetical (82.5).en_US
