Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk efektivitas aplikasi bioinsektisida dan dosis terbaik ekstrak tembakau kunyah terhadap serangan S.frugiperda pada tanaman jagung yang dilaksanakan di Jalan Medan Utara Gg. Abadi dengan ketinggian ±22 meter di atas permukaan laut (mdpl). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap(RAL) secara Faktorial terdiri dari2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu: 1) Faktor pemberian konsentrasi ekstrak Tembakau kunyak (A) dengan 6 taraf, dan 2) Faktor fase perkembangan Hama S. frugiperda (B) dengan 3 taraf. Penelitian dilakukan Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah mortalitas, persentase feeding, persentase pupa dan imago, persentase imago cacat, efektivitas perlakuan terhadap parameter, LethalTime50 (LT50)dan Lethal Concentration 50 (LC50). Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah. Aplikasi bioinsektisida tembakau kunyah pada konsentrasi yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap mortalitas, persentase feeding, berpengaruh nyata pada persentase pupa dan imago, dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap persentase imago cacat. . Dengan perlakuan dosis yang terbaik ekstrak tembakau kunyak adalah A5 dengan konsentrasi 40g/l. Aplikasi bioinsektisida tembakau kunyah pada konsentrasi yang berbeda terhadap stadia berbeda dari larva S.frugiperda berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap mortalitas, kemudian berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase feeding. Namun, berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap persentase pupa dan imago dan persentase imago cacat. Larva pada instar 2 memiliki mortalitas lebih tinggi terhadap aplikasi bioinsektisida tembakau kunyah dari pada instar lainnya yaitu sebesar 63,89%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of bioinsecticides and the best dose of chewing tobacco extract against S. frugiperda attack on corn which was carried out at Jalan Medan Utara Gg. Immortal with a height of ± 22 meters above sea level (masl). This research was carried out in August 2021. The method used in this study was the research method that will be used is a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely: 1) The factor of giving concentration of Tobacco Tobacco extract (A) with 6 level, and 2) S. frugiperda pest development phase factor (B) with 3 levels. Research conducted This research was conducted with 2 repetitions. Parameters observed in this study were mortality, percentage of feeding, percentage of pupae and imago, percentage of deformed imago, effectiveness of treatment parameters, Lethal Time 50 (LT50) and Lethal Concentration 50 (LC50). The results obtained from this study were the application of chewing tobacco bioinsecticide at different concentrations had a very significant effect on mortality, the percentage of feeding, had a significant effect on the percentage of pupae and imago, and had no significant effect on the percentage of disabled imago. . With the best dose treatment, the extract of the turmeric to-bacco was A5 with a concentration of 40 g/l. The application of chewing tobacco bioinsecticide at different concentrations on different stages of S. frugiperda larvae had a very significant effect on mortality, then a significant effect on the percentage of feeding. However, it had no significant effect on the percentage of pupae and imago and the percentage of deformed imago. Larvae in instar 2 had a higher mortality from chewing tobacco bioinsecticide application than other instars, which was 63.89%. |
