dc.description.abstract | Desa Sarimunte, Kec. Munte, Kab. Karo merupakan desa yang paling banyak memproduksi buah pisang barangan dibandingkan desa lainnya di Kec. Munte. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem rantai saluran pemasaran dan Untuk mengetahui biaya pemasaran, Farmer’s Share, margin pemasaran (Share Margin), dan Efisiensi pemasaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Snowball Sampling. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat tiga macam pola saluran pemasaran pisang barangan: pola saluran I yakni pedagang pengepul, pedagang besar dan pedagang pengecer. Pola saluran II yakni pedagang besar dan pedagang pengecer. Pola saluran III yakni hanya pedagang pengecer. Biaya pemasaran saluran I Rp 5.128/Sisir, Saluran II Rp 3.953/Sisir, dan Saluran III Rp 2.083/Sisir. Margin pemasaran pisang barangan saluran I pedagang pengepul Rp 325/sisir, pedagang besar Rp 380/sisir, pedagang pengecer Rp 4.167. saluran II yaitu pedagang besar Rp 380 dan pedagang pengecer Rp 4,167. saluran III yaitu pedagang pengecer Rp 3.917. Farmer’s Share pada saluran III oleh petani lebih tinggi dari saluran lainnya karena bagian harga yang diterima oleh petani Rp. 7.000/sisir atau 53,85 % lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan saluran pemasaran I dan saluran pemasaran II. efisiensi pemasaran pisang barangan saluran I yaitu sebesar 51,1% tidak efisien > 50 % dan saluran II yaitu sebesar 33% efisien < 50 %, sedangkan saluran pemasaran III efisiensi pemasaran sebesar yaitu 16% efisien < 50 %. Sarimunte Village, Kec. Munte, Kab. Karo is the village that produces the most Barangan bananas compared to other villages in Kec. Munte. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing channel chain system and to determine marketing costs, Farmer's Share, marketing margins (Share Margin), and marketing efficiency. The research method uses a qualitative approach, and sampling is done by Snowball Sampling. The results of the study are that there are three types of channel patterns for Barangan bananas: channel pattern I, namely collectors, wholesalers and retailers. Channel II patterns are wholesalers and retailers. The pattern of channel III is only retailers. Marketing costs for channel I Rp. 5,128/comb, channel II Rp. 3,953/comb, and channel III Rp. 2,083/comb. The marketing margin for channel I goods bananas for collectors is Rp. 325/comb, wholesalers are Rp. 380/comb, retailers are Rp. 4,167. channel II, namely wholesalers Rp. 380 and retailers Rp. 4,167. channel III namely retailer Rp. 3,917. Farmer's Share on channel III by farmers is higher than other channels because the share of price received by farmers is Rp. 7,000/comb or 53.85% higher than marketing channel I and marketing channel II. The marketing efficiency of Barangan bananas in channel I is 51.1%, inefficient > 50% and channel II is 33% efficient < 50%, while channel III marketing efficiency is 16% efficient < 50%. | en_US |
