dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan ipenyesuaian idiri ipada santri baru idi pondok iPesantren iAhmadul iJariyah iditinjau idari ijenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komperatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 118 Santri. Dalam menentukan skala pengukuran menggunakan model skala Likert, penyesuaian diri ini akan diukur dengan skala penyesuaian diri berdasarkan aspek-aspek menurut Schneiders (2012) menyatakan bahwa penyesuaian diri memiliki empat aspek, yaitu: Adaptation, Comformity, Mastery, Individual variation. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari Analisis Ttest, diketahui terdapat perbedaan penyesuaian diri ditinjau dari jenis kelamin perempuan dan laki-laki. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan dengan koefisien T = 5.026 dengan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, memperoleh hasil bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan yang berbunyi ada perbedaan Penyesuaian diri ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, dinyatakan diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyesuaian diri secara keseluruhan tergolong sedang. This study aims to determine the differences in self-adjustment among new students in the Ahmadul Jariyah Islamic boarding school in terms of gender. This study uses a comparative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. The number of samples is 118 Santri. In determining the measurement scale using a Likert scale model, this adjustment will be measured by a self-adjustment scale based on aspects according to Schneiders (2012) stating that self-adjustment has four aspects, namely: Adaptation, Conformity, Mastery, Individual variation. Based on the calculation results from the Ttest Analysis, it is known that there are differences in self-adjustment in terms of female and male sex. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference with a coefficient of T = 5.026 with p = 0.000 < 0.050. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the proposed hypothesis, which reads that there is a difference in self-adjustment in terms of gender, is declared accepted. It can be concluded that the overall adjustment is classified as moderate. | en_US |
