dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk... melihat Hubungan dukungan organisasi dan kualitas hubungan atasan-bawahan dan komitmen karyawan, dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawaf PT. Pos Indonesia di Binjai. Berdasarkan kerangka teori yang ada yaitu 1) Eisenberg, dkk (1990), yang meneliti hubungan antara persepsi atas dukungan organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Settoon, dkk 1996) meneliti hubungan antara persepsi atas kualitas hubungan atasan-bawahan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior; serta Wayne dan Green (1993), Settoon, dkk (1996) dan Wayne, dkk (1997) menemukan hubungar. antara persepsi atas kualitas hubungao atasan-bawahan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Semua penelitian tersebut mcnemukan adanya korelasi positif antara variabel indepcdcn, yaitu komitmen karyawan, dukungan organisasi atau kualitas hubungan atasan-bawahan dengan satu variabel dependen, yaitu Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Maka diajukan hipotesis: 1). Ada hubungan positif antara Dukungan Organisasi, dan Kualitas Hubungan Atasan-bawahan dan Komitmcn karyawan, Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Karyawan. 2). Ada hubungan yang positif antara Dukungan Organisasi Denga.n Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Karyawan. 3). Ada hubungan yang positif antara Kualitas Hubungan AtasanBawahan Dengan Organizational Citizenship BehaviorPada Karyawan. 4). Ada hubungan yang positif antara Komitmen karyawan Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Karyawan. This study aims to ... look at the relationship between organizational support and the quality of superior-subordinate relationships and employee commitment, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT. Indonesia Post in Binjai. Based on the existing theoretical framework, namely 1) Eisenberg, et al (1990), which examined the relationship between perceptions of organizational and Organizational support Citizenship Behavior; Settoon, et al 1996) investigated the relationship between perceptions of quality of superior-subordinate relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior; and Wayne and Green (1993), Settoon, et al (1996) and Wayne, et al (1997) find link. between perceptions of the quality of superior-subordinate relationships with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. All of the research found a positive correlation between the independent variables, namely commitment employees, organizational support or the quality of the superior-subordinate relationship with one dependent variable, namely Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Then filed hypothesis: 1). There is a positive relationship between Organizational Support, and Quality Superior-subordinate Relations and Employee Commitment, With Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees. 2). There is a positive relationship between Organizational Support With Organizational Citizenship Behavior At Employee. 3). There is a positive relationship between the Quality of Superiors and Subordinates Relationships With Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employees. 4). There is positive relationship between employee commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees.en_US
