Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan antara Motivasi Berprestasi dan Iklim Organisasi Dengan Produktivitas Kelja Karyawan PT. Ikaindo MEDAN. Berdasarkan kerangka teori yang ada yaitu Nawawi, (2007) bahwa secara psikologis menunjukkan bahwa kegairahan seorang karyawan daiam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sangat dipenuhi oleh motivasi berprestasi. Tegasnya, setiap karyawan memerlukan motivasi yang kuat agar bersedia melaksanakan peketjaannya secara bersemangat, bergairah, dan berdedikasi sehingga hal tersebut ak.an menghasilkan produktivitas keija yang baik. Menurut Agustina (1994), iklim organisasi yang baik mempercepat dan memberi tenaga pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perilaku karyawan sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dalam bekerja sehingga karyawan akan mencapai produktivitas ketja yang lebih baik. This study aims to see the relationship between motivation Achievement and Organizational Climate with Work Productivity of PT. Ikaindo MEDAN. Based on the existing theoretical framework, namely Nawawi, (2007) that psychologically shows that the excitement of an employee in carrying out his work is very fulfilled by achievement motivation. Strictly speaking, every employee needs strong motivation to be willing carry out his work enthusiastically, passionately, and dedicatedly so that it will produce good work productivity. According to Agustina (1994), a good organizational climate accelerates and energizes on the growth and development of employee behavior so that it becomes more work effectively so that employees will achieve high work productivity better.
