dc.description.abstractPada dasarnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan motivasi meneliti dengan minat melakukan PTK. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para guru di SMA Negeri 3 Binjai yang betjumlah 90 orang. Berdasarkan penjabaran yang ada dalam Bab Tinjauan Pustaka, malca diajukan hipotesis penelitian yang berbunyi: 1 ). Ada hubungan positif antara pengetahuan tentang PTK dengan kemampuan minat melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas pada guru di kota Binjai, dengan arti semakin tinggi pengetahuan tentang PTK, maka semakin tinggi minat melakukan PTK guru dan sebaliknya, semakin rendah pengetahuan guru, maka semakin rendah minat me1akukan· PTK guru. 2). Ada hubungan positif antara motivasi meneliti guru-guru di kota Binjei. Dengan arti semakin baik motivasi meneliti guru semakin baiklah minat melakukan PTK guru di sekolah, sebaliknya semaikn buruk motivasi meneliti guru semakinb buruklah PTK guru sekolah. 3). Ada hubungan positif antara pengetahuan tentang PTK dan meneliti dengan minat melakukan PTK. Dengan arti semakin tinggi tentang PTK dan motivasi meneliti maka semakin tinggi minat melakukan PTK guru sekolah, sebaliknya semakin rendah pengetahuan tentang PTK dan motivasi meneliti maka semakin rendahlah minat melakukan PTK guru disekolah. Basically this study aims to see the relationship between knowledge and motivation to research with interest in conducting PTK. subject In this study, there were 90 teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Binjai. Based on the elaboration in the Literature Review Chapter, malca is proposed research hypothesis which reads: 1). There is a positive relationship between knowledge about PTK with the ability to do classroom action research on teachers in the city of Binjai, with the meaning of higher knowledge about PTK, then the higher the interest in doing teacher CAR and vice versa, the lower the teacher's knowledge, the lower the teacher's interest in doing CAR. 2). There is positive relationship between research motivation of teachers in the city of Binjei. With meaning the better the teacher's research motivation, the better the teacher's interest in doing CAR at school, conversely the worse the teacher's research motivation, the worse it is PTK school teacher. 3). There is a positive relationship between knowledge of PTK and researching with interest in conducting PTK. With a higher meaning about PTK and research motivation, the higher the interest in doing PTK school teachers, conversely, the lower the knowledge about PTK and the motivation to research it the lower the interest in doing teacher CAR at school.en_US
