dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kekerasan terhadap anakdidik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 21 Padang Sidempuan yang dilakukan oleh guru, ternan sekolah. Bentuk-bentuk kekerasan yang dialami anak didik pada saat proses belajar dan pembelajaran yaitu kekerasan fisik, verbal serta perlindungan yang di terima anak didik sebagai korban yang mengalami kekerasan dan keputusan yuridis yang diambil oleh hakim kepada pelaku kekerasan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pengaturan hukum bagi anak dan guru, mengetahui terjadinya kekerasan terhadap peserta didik di sekolah dasar Negeri Padang Sidempuan serta menganalisis penerapan hukum yuridis oleh hakim pada putusan nomor 747/pid.sus/2015/pn psp kepada pelaku kekerasan terhadap anak didik. Studi ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatife yaitu menelaah, menjelaskan serta menganalisa ketentuan-ketentuan normative dikaitkan dengan isi penelitian. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan menelaah putusan nomor 747/pid.sus/2015/pn psp. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan kekerasan terhadap anak didik dan peraturan atau perundangan-undangan. Kemudian data di analisis secara kualitatif normative dan di interpretasikan. This research examines violence against students in schools Elementary School 21 Padang Sidempuan conducted by teachers, school friends. Forms of violence experienced by students during the learning process and learning, namely physical violence, verbal and protection received by children students as victims who experience violence and the juridical decisions taken by judges against perpetrators of violence. This study aims to determine the form legal arrangements for children and teachers, knowing the occurrence of violence against students at Padang Sidempuan State Elementary School and analyze application of juridical law by judges in decision number 747/pid.sus/2015/pn psp to perpetrators of violence against students. This study uses a normative juridical research type, namely examining, explain and analyze normative provisions related to content study. The method used is descriptive analysis with a review approach decision number 747/pid.sus/2015/pn psp. Data is collected through document study and literature related to violence against students and regulations or legislation.
