dc.description.abstractData primer diperoleh menggunakan dengan pembagian kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Responden adalah karyawan pelaksana PTPN III. Hasil analisis, kepuasan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara langsung, motivasi kerja juga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan etos kerja juga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara langsung, selanjutnya ketika seluruh variable digabungkan akan lebih mempengaruhi variable kinerja karyawan sehingga variabel etos kerja dapat menjadi full mediator terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. Respondents are employees of PTPN III implementers. The results of the analysis, satisfaction affects employee performance directly, work motivation can also affect employee performance directly and work ethic can also affect employee performance directly, then when all variables are combined it will further affect employee performance variables so that work ethic variables can be a full mediator against employee performance variables.en_US
