dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan konsep diri dengan semangat kerja pada karyawan di Perusahaan X. Di mana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan di perusahaan X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Konsep diri dan semangat kerja menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut; 1) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara konsep diri dengan semangat kerja. ini di buktikan dengan koefisien rxy = 0,974 dan signifikannya p = 0,000<0,05. 2) Koefisien determinan (r2) hubungan variabel bebas dan terikat adalah r2 =0.948, ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri berdistribusi besar terhadap semangat kerja. 3) para karayawan di perusahaan X , memiliki konsep diri yang sangat rendah (mean empirik = 38.544 < mean hipotetik 50.000 dimana selisih kedua mean tersebut melebihi bilangan 5.613) dan semangat kerja pada karyawan perusahaan X juga tergolong rendah ( mean empirik = 36. 676 < mean hipotetik 47.500 dimana selisih kedua mean tersebut melebihi bilangan 5.634). Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesisnya dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to look at the relationship between self-concept and morale among employees at Company X. Where the subjects of this study are all employees at Company X. This study uses a quantitative approach. Self-concept and morale using a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this study is product moment correlation, so the following results are obtained; 1) there is a positive relationship between self-concept and morale. this is proven by the coefficient rxy = 0.974 and the significance of p = 0.000 <0.05. 2) The coefficient of determination (r2) of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is r2 = 0.948, this shows that self-concept has a large distribution of morale. 3) employees in company X have a very low self-concept (empirical mean = 38,544 < hypothetical mean 50,000 where the difference between the two means exceeds 5,613) and morale among employees of company X is also low (empirical mean = 36,676 < the hypothetical mean is 47,500 where the difference between the two means exceeds the number 5,634). From the results of this study, the hypothesis is declared accepted.en_US
