dc.description.abstractLatar belakang masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah Pengaruh Kinerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Panen Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Premi Panen Di Pt.Barumun Agro Sentosa. Perkebunan kelapa sawit dapat menghasilkan keuntungan besar sehingga banyak hutan dan perkebunan lama dikonversikan menjadi perkebunan kelapa sawit. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kenerja dan kepuasan karyawan terhadap premi panen yang berlaku di PT. Barumun Agro Sentosa, Desa Ujung Gading Kecamatan Simangambat Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Populasi adalah keselururuhan individu yang menjadi objek yaitu di PT. Barumun Agro Sentosa, Desa Ujung Gading Kecamatan Simangambat Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Metode penetapan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling, yaitu melakukan pengambilan sampel secara acak kepada karyawan panen dengan pertimbangan semua karyawan panen memiliki karakteristik yang relatif homogen yakni merupakan Karyawan Harian Tetap (KHT), jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 185 karyawan panen di PT. Barumun Agro Sentosa, Desa Ujung Gading. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sistem premi jangjang yang di mana apabila kariyawan mendapatkan basis panen lebih dari jumlah yang telah di tentukan maka kariyawan mendapatkan premi (uang/ Tambahan gaji). Agar lebih mengoptimalkan keahlian dan kemampuan yang dimiliki sehingga dapat membantu peningkatan target produksi, dan meminimalisasi nilai denda yang diperoleh untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja. The background of the problem in this thesis is the Effect of Performance and Job Satisfaction of Oil Palm Harvesting Employees on Harvest Premiums at Pt. Barumun Agro Sentosa. Oil palm plantations can generate huge profits so much of the old forest and plantations are converted to oil palm plantations. Research Objectives To analyze the effect of performance and employee satisfaction on harvest premiums that apply at PT. Barumun Agro Sentosa, Ujung Gading Village, Simangambat District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The population is the entire individual who is the object of PT. Barumun Agro Sentosa, Ujung Gading Village, Simangambat District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The method of determining the sample using the simple random sampling method, which is conducting random sampling of harvest employees with the consideration that all harvest employees have relatively homogeneous characteristics, namely Permanent Daily Employees (KHT), so the sample in this study was 185 harvest employees at PT. Barumun Agro Sentosa, Ujung Gading Village. Based on the results of the research on the long-term premium system, if the employee gets a harvest base of more than the predetermined amount, the employee gets a premium (money/additional salary). In order to further optimize the skills and abilities possessed so that they can help increase production targets, and minimize the value of fines obtained to improve work quality.en_US
