dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kerja sama tim pada karyawan bagian operasional PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan bagian operasional di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan sebanyak 45 karyawan dan sampel diambil menggunakan metode total sampling dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran skala Komunikasi interpersonal dan Kerja sama Tim dengan model penskalaan likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) = 0,977 dengan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan positif antara Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Kerja sama Tim. Artinya semakin tinggi komunikasi interpersonal maka semakin tinggi pula kemampuan kerja sama tim. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah komunikasi interpersonal yang dimiliki maka semakin rendah pula kemampuan kerja sama tim. Pada hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Kerja sama tim yang terjadi di BRI tergolong sedang cenderung tinggi. This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and teamwork among employees of the operational division of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Iskandar Muda Branch Medan. The research population is all employees of the operational section at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Branch Iskandar Muda Medan as many as 45 employees and samples were taken using the total sampling method where the number of samples is the same as the population. The method of data collection is through the distribution of the interpersonal communication and teamwork scale with the Likert scale model. The data analysis method used in this research is the Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of data analysis showed the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.977 with p = 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it is concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, namely that there is a positive relationship between interpersonal communication and teamwork. This means that the higher the interpersonal communication, the higher the teamwork ability. On the other hand, the lower the interpersonal communication, the lower the teamwork ability. The results obtained, namely Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork that occurred at BRI were classified as moderate and tended to be high.en_US
