Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan motivasi kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Dolok Merangir. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Human Resource Departement (HRD) yang berjumlah 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan model skala likert dengan dua skala, yang skala motivasi kerja dengan skala organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang disusun oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi r Product Moment (𝑟𝑥𝑦) diketahui sebesar 0,648 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan, yang menunjukan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan maka semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang dilakukan dan hipotesis dalam penelitian diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dilakukan, diketahui motivasi kerja karyawan tergolong tinggi dengan mean hipotetik (65) < mean empirik (78,15) dan selisihnya melebihi satu SD (9,532), organizational citiszenship behavior (OCB) tergolong tinggi dengan mean hipotetik (75) < mean empirik (90,13) dan selisih nya melebihi satu SD (13,649). Motivasi kerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap organizational citiszenship behavior (OCB) sebesar 41,9 %. The research aims to see the correlation between work motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Dolok Merangir. The sample in this study ware employees of the Human Resource Department (HRD) totaling 45 people. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. Data were collected by using a Likert scale model with two scales, namely the work motivation scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale compiled by the researcher. The results of the study using the correlation technique r Product Moment (𝑟𝑥𝑦) is known to be 0.648 with p = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant positive correlation between work motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on emplovees, which shows that the higher the employee’s work motivation, the more Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is carried out and the hypothesis in the study is accepted. Based on the result of data analysis, it is known that employee work motivation is high with a hypothetical mean (65) < empirical mean (78.15) and the difference exceeds on SD (9.532), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is high with a hypothetical mean (75) < empirical mean (90.13) and the difference is more than on SD (13.649). Work motivation has a contribution to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of 41.9%.
