Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Dolok Merangir. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Human Resource Department (HRD) yang berjumlah 44 orang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubunga antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) pada karyawan dengan asumsi semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan maka semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) pada karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan model skala likert dengan dua skala, yaitu skala kepuasan kerja dengan skala organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang disusun oleh peneliti. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan, dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis data korelasi r Pearson dari Karl Pearson. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi r Pearson (𝑟𝑥𝑦) diketahui sebesar 0,842 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan, yang menunjukkan semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan maka semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang dilakukan dan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, diketahui kepuasan kerja karyawan tergolong tinggi dengan mean hipotetik (72,5) < mean empirik (84,75), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) tergolong tinggi dengan mean hipotetik (62,5) < mean empirik (70,31). Kepuasan kerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebesar 70,9%. The study aims to examine the correlation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees of PT. Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Dolok Merangir. The sample in this study was employees of the Human Resource Department (HRD), totaling 44 people. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a correlation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in employees with the assumption that the higher the employee’s job satisfaction, the higher the organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) of the employees. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model with two scales, namely the job satisfaction scale and the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale compiled by the researcher. To test the proposed hypothesis, it is done using correlation data analysis method of Karl Pearson’s r Pearson. The results of the research using the r Pearson correlation technique (𝑟𝑥𝑦) are known to be 0.842 with p = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees, which shows that the higher the employee job satisfaction, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) that is carried out, and the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that employee job satisfaction is high with a hypothetical mean (72.5) < empirical mean (84.75), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is high with a hypothetical mean (62.5) < empirical mean (70.31). Job satisfaction contributed 70.9% to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
