The purpose of this reaserch was to examine the correlation between Psychological well being and Burnout at PT Indah Hamahera Nusantara. The hypothesis of the correlational is that there is a negative correlationbetween burnout. The subjects of this study were bus drivers at PT Indah Halmahera Nusantara in Medan City is 50 people and data collection was carried out by total sampling technique. The data collection method is a scale consisting of a psychological well being scale and a burnout scale. The data analysis method used is correlational test using Pearson Product Moment. And the results, it is known that the hypothesis is accepted (rxy ) = - .369 and the coefficient (r2.) = 0.462 with p = 0.000 < 0.05. The results show that the hypothesis proposed in this reaserh is accepted, that is, there is a negative correlation between psychological well being and burnout. Psychological well being contributes to burnout 46.2% so that there are still 53.8% that can be influenced by other factors of burnout that were not examined by researchers. That the bus driver has an empirical psychological well being mean = 102.94 and a hypothetical average value = 102.5, and the SD value = 21.95. For the empirical average value obtained from burnout = 75.02 while the hypothetical average value = 62.5 and the SD value = 12.43 | en_US |
