dc.description.abstract | Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses pengajuan permohonan IMB yaitu masyarakat yang ingin cepat selesai proses permohonan nya namun kesadaran dalam persyaratan yang diberikan kepada mereka belum dipenuhi sehingga mengalami lama nya keluar permohonan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan dan faktor-faktor penghambat Pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori efektivitas menurut Siagian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pencapaian tujuan menjalankan Pendapatan asli,dari strategi pencapaian tujuan dilakukan sosialisasi. Proses analisis dan perumusan kebijakan dilakukan efektif dan sesuai peraturan. The problem that occurs in the process of submitting an application for an IMB is that people want to quickly complete the application process but are aware that the requirements given to them have not been met so that the application takes a long time to be issued. This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Building Permit Services and the inhibiting factors for Building Permit Services. The theory used is the theory of effectiveness according to Siagian. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the goal is to run genuine income, from the offer strategy the goal is to socialize. The process of analysis and formulation of policies is carried out effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations. Careful planning with sustainable planning in the SOP for the Preparation Program is carried out with advanced programs and in accordance with technical instructions. Effective and efficient service in the management of IMB has been running effectively and efficiently. Supervision and control of every management activity carried out by the community is supervised by the Saber Pungli Task Force Team. The inhibiting factor in IMB services is the lack of public awareness of the requirements given for dealing with building permits, and reducing human resources where employees experience a shortage of the community who administers building permits. yang berlaku.
