Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan organisasional dengan burnout pada karyawan PGN Solution. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PGN Solution yang berjumlah 67 karyawan. Dalam mengukur dukungan organisasional peneliti menggunakan teori aspek-aspek dukungan organisasional menurut Eisenberger dkk. (dalam Hikmah A, 2017). Skala burnout disusun berdasarkan berdasarkan aspek-aspek menurut Maslach (Harnida, 2015) sebagai berikut: Kelelahan emosi (emotional exhaustion), depersonalisasi (depersonalization), perasaan tidak berkemampuan (low of personal accomplishment). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara dukungan organisasional dengan burnout. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,391, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu diketahui pula bahwa dukungan organisasional tergolong sedang cenderung rendah (mean hipotetik 67,5 > mean empirik 61,06. Selanjutnya burnout tergolong sedang cenderung tinggi dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 57,5 < nilai mean empirik 62,76. The research aims to determine the correlation between organizational support and burnout among PGN Solution employees. This study uses a quantitative method with correlational analysis. The population in this study are employees at PGN Solution, totaling 67 employees. In measuring organizational support, researchers use the theory of aspects of organizational support according to Eisenberger et al. (in Wisdom A, 2017). The burnout scale is arranged based on aspects according to Maslach (Harnida, 2015) as follows: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, feelings of inadequacy (low of personal accomplishment). Based on the calculation results of product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a negative relationship between organizational support and burnout. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.391, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. In addition, it is also known that organizational support is classified as moderate (hypothetical mean 67.5 > empirical mean 61.06). Furthermore, burnout is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 57.5 < empirical mean value of 62.76.
