Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan psychological capital dengan work engagement pada karyawan PT. Kallista Alam Medan. Skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala psychological capital dan work engagement dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Kallista Alam Medan yang berjumlah 44 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi Product Moment, maka dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological capital dengan work engagement. Hasil dibuktikan dengan korelasi rxy = 0,533; P = 0,000 < 0,05 bahwa psychological capitalberkontribusi terhadap work engagement sebesar 28,4%. Dan sisanya sebesar 71,6% lagi dapat dijelaskan dari faktor lain seperti job resources, salience of job resource, personal resources.Bahwa PT. Kallista Alam Medan memiliki psychological capitalyang tergolong sedang menuju rendah dengan mean empirik = 50,66<55 dimana selisi kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 8,283dan work engagementdi PT. Kallista Alam Medan tergolong rendah dengan mean empiric52,80> mean hipotetik = 62,5 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 9,510. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to see the relationship between the psychological capital and work engagement in PT. Kallista Alam Medan The scale used in this study is the scale of the psychological capital and work engagement where the subjects in this study are PT. Kallista Alam Medan, totalling 44 people. The data analysis method used in this study is Product Moment Correlation, so the following result can be obtained: there is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and work engagement. The result are evidenced by the correlation rxy = 0,533; P = 0.000 < 0.05 that the psychological capital contributes to work engagement by 28,4%.And the remaining 71.6% can be explained by other factors such as job resources. That the PT. Kallista Alam Medan has a currently is low psychological capital with an empirical mean = 50,66 < 55 where the difference between the two means exceeds the number SD = 8,283 and the work engagement of the PT. Kallista Alam Medan is low with empirical mean 52,80> hypothetical mean = 62,5 where the difference between the two means exceeds SD = 9,510From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
