Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Indah Halmahera Nusantara. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dimana penelitian kuantitatif korelasional adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode statistic yang mengukur hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi-Product Moment. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai atau koefisien (rxy) = 0,933 dan koefisien (r2.) = 0,870 dengan p = 0,001 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi berkontribusi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 87%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 13% dari faktor lain dari komitmen organisasi yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian dan tidak terlihat dalam penelitian ini. Bahwa karyawan memiliki Komitmen Organisasi yang tergolong tinggi dengan mean empiric = 68,96 > mean hipotetik = 52,5 dimana selisi kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 8,396 dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior tergolong tinggi dengan mean empiric 106,30 > mean hipotetik = 90 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 14,000. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. Beautiful Halmahera Nusantara. The number of samples in this study were 50 employees. The research method in this study uses correlational quantitative methods where correlational quantitative research is research using statistical methods that measure the relationship between two or more variables. The data analysis method used in this research is Correlation-Product Moment. Based on the calculation of the Product Moment r analysis with a value or coefficient (rxy) = 0.933 and a coefficient (r2.) = 0.870 with p = 0.001 <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment contributes to organizational citizenship behavior by 87%. From these results it is known that there are still 13% of other factors of organizational commitment that are not explained in the study and are not seen in this study. That employees have moderate organizational commitment with empirical mean = 68,96 > hypothetical mean = 52,5 where the difference between the two mean exceeds SD = 8,396 and Organizational Citizenship Behavior is high with empirical mean 106,30 > hypothetical mean = 90 where the difference between the two mean exceeds SD = 14,000.
