Hubungan Antara Pola Asuh Demokratis Orang Tua Dengan Prokrastinasi Akademik Siswi SMK YP. Bina Satria Marelan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh demokratis orangtua dengan prokrastinasi akademik siswi SMK YP. Bina Satria Marelan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi dari 3 kelas XI SMK YP. Bina Satria Marelan yang berjumlah 120 orang siswi, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang siswi dari 3 kelas XI SMK YP. Bina Satria Marelan yang mengalami polah asuh demokratis, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Prokrastinasi Akademik dan Skala Pola Asuh Demokratis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson, dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) yang memiliki nilai -0,622 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,050, yang artinya ada hubungan negative dan signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis dengan prokrastinasi akademik siswi SMK YP. Bina Satria Marelan, dengan nilai koefisien determinan (r2) yang memiliki nilai 0.387, dengan sumbangsih sebesar 38,7%. Dengan kata lain, hipotesis diterima. Pola Asuh Demokrasi tergolong rendah (mean empirik = 74,57> mean hipotetik= 90 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilang SD = 13,914), dan untuk Prokrastinasi tergolong tinggi (mean empiric = 67,37 > mean hipotetik = 57,5 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilang SD= 7,949). This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all students from 3 class XI SMK YP. Bina Satria Marelan totaling 120 students, and the sample in this study amounted to 68 students from 3 class XI SMK YP. Bina Satria Marelan who experienced democratic parenting, the sampling technique in this study used the Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used the Academic Procrastination Scale and the Democratic Parenting Scale. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation technique from Karl Pearson, seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of -0.622 with a p or significance of 0.000 < 0.050, which means that there is a negative and significant correlation between democratic parenting and academic procrastination of YP Vocational High School students. Bina Satria Marelan, with the value of the determinant coefficient (r2) which has a value of 0.387, with a contribution of 38.7%. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. Democratic Parenting is low (empirical mean = 74.57 > hypothetical mean = 90 where the difference is more than SD = 13.914), and for Procrastination is high (empirical mean = 67.37 > hypothetical mean = 57.5 where the difference is more than saying SD = 7.949).
