dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai hubungan iklim kerja yang dirasakan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. AIA Financial Josephine Agency Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling. Iklim Kerja diungkap dengan skala model Likert yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. Kepuasan kerja dalam penelitian ini diungkap dengan skala model Likert yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil uji asumsi normalitas dan linieritas disimpulkan baha variabel x dan y tidak memenuhi asumsi normalitas dan juga tidak memenuhi asumsi linieritas, maka analisis yang digunakan bukan analisis korelasi Product moment dari Pearson yang sifatnya parametrik akan tetapi mengunakan Korelasi Spearman yang sifatnya non parametrik. Dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Iklim kerja dengan Kepuasan kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,952, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,906. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Iklim kerja berdistribusi sebesar 90,60% terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Dapat diketahui bahwa hasil iklim kerja memperoleh hasil sedang dan kepuasan juga memperoleh hasil sedang. This study aims to provide an overview of the correlationbetween the perceived work climate and job satisfaction of employees at PT. AIA Financial Josephine Agency The population in this study was 77 people. The sampling technique used in this study is Total Sampling. Work climate is expressed by the Likert model scale which was compiled by the researcher himself. Job satisfaction in this study was expressed by the Likert model scale which was compiled by the researchers themselves. Based on the results of the normality and linearity assumption tests, it was concluded that the variables x and y did not meet the assumptions of normality and also did not meet the assumptions of linearity, so the analysis used was not Pearson's Product moment correlation analysis which is parametric but Spearman's Correlation which is non-parametric in nature. It can be seen that there is a positive relationship between work climate and job satisfaction. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.952, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.906. This shows that work climate has a distribution of 90.60% on job satisfaction. It can be seen that the results of the work climate obtained moderate results and satisfaction also obtained moderateen_US
