Hubungan Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Limau Mungkur

Abstract

“Hubungan Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja dengan Produktivitas kerja karyawan PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Liamau Mungkur” Penelitian ini di tulis oleh Herlin Juanda ( 181804014 ), Mahasiswa Program Megister Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area. Latar belakang penulisan penelitian ini bertitik tolak dari permasalahan yang di temukan di tempat penelitian yaitu Produktivitas Karyawan PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Limau Mungkur. Kemudian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Limau Mungkur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Limau Mungkur dan subyek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Pemanen PTPN II Kebun Limau Mungkur. Data di kumpulkan melalui sekala yang disusun oleh peneliti dan di sebarkan kepada subyek penelitian. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Pemanen PTPN II Kebun Limau Mungkur yang berjumlah 102 orang. Data tersebut di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik Corelation Berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 21 for Windows. Dari hasil penelitian ini di peroleh bahwa analisis menunjukan terdapat ( 1 ) hubungan disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Limau Mungkur yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai p-value = 0,045. ( 2 ) Tidak ada hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Limau Mungkur yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai p-value = 0,126.( 3 ) Ada hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Limau Mungkur yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai p-value = 1. "The Corelation between Work Discipline and Work Environment with Employee Productivity of PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Liamau Mungkur". The background of this research is based on the problems found at the research site, namely Employee Productivity of PTPN II Tanjung Morawa, Limau Mungkur Gardens. Then this study aims to determine the relationship between Work Discipline and Work Environment with Work Productivity of Employees of PTPN II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Limau Mungkur. This research is a field research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PTPN II Tanjung Morawa, Limau Mungkur Gardens and the subjects of this research were Harvesters of PTPN II Limau Mungkur Gardens. Data were collected through a scale compiled by researchers and distributed to research subjects. The subjects of this study were PTPN II Harvesting Employees of Limau Mungkur Gardens, totaling 102 people. The data were analyzed using Multiple Corelation technique with the help of SPSS 21 for Windows. From the results of this study, it was found that the analysis showed that there was (1) a relationship between work discipline and work productivity of PTPN II Tanjung Morawa employees, Limau Mungkur Gardens, which was indicated by the p-value = 0.045. ( 2 ) There is no relationship between work environment and work productivity of PTPN II Tanjung Morawa employees, Limau Mungkur Gardens, which is indicated by p-value = 0.126. (3) There is a relationship between work discipline and work environment with work productivity of PTPN II Tanjung Morawa employees, Limau Gardens. Mungkur indicated by the value of p-value = 1.
