Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Komitmen Karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani. Komitmen karyawan dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh gambaran perilaku dan sikap karyawan yang bermanfaat bagi kepuasan kerja. Komitmen terhadap karyawan merupakan suatu dimensi perilaku yang penting yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan para pekerja untuk bertahan pada suatu perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. yaitu berjumlah 60 orang, maka penulis menggunakan seluruh sampel dari total populasi karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani. Hasil penelitian Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen karyawan. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien kolerasi rxy sebesar 0,667 dengan P = 0,002 < 0,05. Artinya semakin puas kerja, maka semakin tinggi komitmen karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, berarti hipotesi yang diajukan yang berbunyi ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen karyawan dinyatakan diterima. Sumbangan efektif variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan adalah sebesar 44,5%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka dapat diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 55,5% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap komitmen karyawan yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini. Secara umum, hasil penelitian terhadap pekerja memiliki komitmen karyawan yang tinggi dan kepuasan kerja yang juga tergolong tinggi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil SD sebesar 3,167, nilai mean empirik komitmen karyawan sebesar 56,69, serta mean hipotetik sebesar 37,5. Selanjutnya hasil SD kepuasan kerja sebesar 10,385, nilai mean empirik sebesar 105,31 dan mean hipotetik sebesar 75. This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment of PT. Madani National Capital. Employee commitment can be used to obtain an overviewof employee behavior and attitudes that are beneficial to job satisfaction. Commitment to employees is an important behavioral dimension that can be used to evaluate the strength of workers to survive in a company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. that is, there are 60 people, so the author uses the entire sample of the total employee population of PT. Madani National Capital. The results of the study There is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee commitment. This result is evidenced by an rxy choleration coefficient of 0,667 with P = 0,002 < 0,05. This means that the higher job satisfaction, the higher the employee commitment. Based on these results, it means that the hypothesis proposed which reads that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and employee commitment is reported to be accepted. The effective contribution of the job satisfaction variable to employee commitment was 44,5%. Based on this study, it can be seen that there are still 55,5% influence of other factors on employee commitment which was not revealed in this study. In general, the results of research on workers have high employee commitment and job satisfaction which is also relatively high. This can be seen from the SD results of 3,167, the empirical mean value of employee commitment of 56,69 and the hypothetical mean of 37,5. Furthermore, the results of SD job satisfaction were 10,385 the empirical mean value was 105,31 and the hypothetical mean was 75.
