Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Perawat di RSU. Vita Insani Pematang Siantar. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepada karyawan yang dapat digambarkan dengan kepribadian dan perilaku, prestasi dan hasil kerja dan proses kerja, sedangkan Motivasi kerja adalah dorongan yang tumbuh dalam diri seseorang, baik yang berasal dari dalam dan luar dirinya untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan dengan semangat tinggi menggunakan semua kemampuan dan ketrampilan yang dimilikinya yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja sehingga mencapai kepuasan sesuai dengan keinginannya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 115 orang perawat dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 89 orang yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu skala psikologi yaitu skala motivasi kerja dengan menggunakan model skala likert, sedangkan variabel kinerja menggunakan dokumen form penilaian Rumah Sakit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0.658 dengan p = 0,000 (p>0,050), artinya ada hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat. Dengan hasil tersebut, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan bahwa arah hubungan kedua variabel. Motivasi kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif, sebab hanya sebesar 43.30%. Mean empiric variabel motivasi kerja yang diperoleh yaitu 85.809 sedangkan mean empiric variabel kinerja perawat sebesar 80.615 lalu untuk mean hipotetik variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 84.000 dan mean hipotetik variabel Kinerja perawat dengan range 75-84 yaitu dalam kategori baik. This study aims to determine the correlation between work motivation and nurse performance at RSU. Vita Insani Pematang Siantar. Performance is the result of work both in quality and quantity achieved by a person in carrying out tasks according to the responsibilities given to employees which can be described by personality and behavior, achievements and work results and work processes, while work motivation is work motivation is an impulse that grows in one's self, both from within and outside himself to do a job with high enthusiasm using all the abilities and skills he has which aims to get work results so as to achieve satisfaction in accordance with his wishes. The population of this study was 115 nurses and the research sample was 89 people who were taken by sampling technique using random sampling method. This study uses a psychological scale, namely the work motivation scale using a Likert scale model, while the performance variable uses a hospital assessment form document. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.658 with p = 0.000 (p> 0.050), meaning that there is a positive correlation between work motivation and nurse performance. With these results, the hypothesis in this study that there is a positive correlation between work motivation and nurse performance is accepted. The correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the correlation between the two variables. Work motivation contributes effectively, because it is only 43.30%. The empirical mean of the work motivation variable obtained is 85,809 while the empirical mean of the nurse's performance variable is 80,615 then the hypothetical mean of the work motivation variable is 84,000 and the hypothetical mean of the nurse's performance variable with a range of 75-84 is in the good category. |
