dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada perawat wanita honorer di RSUD Tapanuli Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 101 perawat wanita honorer dan sampel seluruh jumlah populasi yaitu 101 perawat wanita honorer, peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada perawat wanita honorer dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) = 0.333 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, artinya hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dan stres kerja diterima. Begitu juga dengan nilai koefisien determinan ( ) pada perawat wanita honorer yang memiliki nilai 0.218, hal ini setara dengan 21.8%, artinya adalah bahwa konflik peran ganda pada perawat wanita honorer tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 21.8% pada perawat wanita honorer di RSUD Tapanuli Selatan. Konflik peran ganda dan stres kerja pada perawat wanita honorer di RSUD Tapanuli Selatan tergolong tinggi, disebabkan oleh nilai mean empirik lebih besar dari nilai mean hipotetik. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work-family conflict and work stress on honorary female nurses at RSUD Tapanuli Selatan. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were 101 honorary female nurses and the sample of the entire population was 101 honorary female nurses. The researcher used a total sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between work-family conflict and work stress in honorary female nurses seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0.333 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, meaning the hypothesis which states that there is a positive and significant relationship between dual role conflict. and work stress is acceptable. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient ( ) on the honorary female nurse which has a value of 0.218, this is equivalent to 21.8%, meaning that the work-family conflict in the honorary female nurse contributes 21.8% to the honorary female nurse at the RSUD Tapanuli Selatan. Work-family conflict and work stress among female honorary nurses at RSUD Tapanuli Selatan are high, because the empirical mean is greater than the hypothetical mean.en_US
