This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Medan Timur. The hypothesis proposed that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees. The total population in this study was 50 employees with a total sampling technique. The sample is 50 employees. Data were collected through a scale, namely 1) the scale of organizational culture 2) the scale of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The data analysis method uses product moment analysis. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between attitudes in organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees, where rxy = 0.897 < 0.005. This means that the higher the attitude towards organizational culture, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for female employees, the hypothesis is accepted, and vice versa. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0.805. This shows that attitudes to organizational culture contribute to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) by 80.5%. organizational culture because the empirical average value (82.38) is between the Hypothetical average value (60), and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is high because the empirical average value (83.38) is between the average value hypothetical mean (62.5).
