Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan dengan semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Info Media Solusi Net Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 orang, yang merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Info Media Solusi Net Medan. Hal ini sejalan dengan landasan teori yang ada maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan dengan semangat kerja pada karyawan di PT. Info Media Solusi Net Medan. Dengan asumsi semakin baik kepemimpinan maka semakin tinggi semangat kerja karyawan, dan sebaliknya semakin buruk kepemimpinan maka semakin rendah semangat Kerja Karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala kepemimpinan dan skala semangat kerja. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Berdasarkan koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar r2 = 0,175, ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berkontribusi terhadap semangat kerja sebesar 17,5%. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis penilaian Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan dengan semangat kerja karyawan ini di mana ditunjukkan koefisien rxy = 0, 418 dengan signifikan p=0,000 < 0,050. Artinya ada hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan dengan semangat kerja dan hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. The goal of this study is to discover the connection between leadership and employee work spirit at PT. Info Media Net Solution Medan. The sample for this study is 52 employees, all of whom are employees at PT. Info Media Net Solution Medan. Based on the theoretical basis that existed and the hypothesis proposed in this study, there was a positive correlation between leadership and the spirit of work. to employees at PT. Info Media Net Solutions Medan Assuming that better leadership equals higher employee spirit at work and worse leadership equals lower employee spirit at work This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. A Likert scale was used to collect data. This study uses a leadership scale and a spirit of work scale. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Based on the determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between variables X and Y, r2 = 0.175, this shows that leadership contributes to morale by 17.5%. The data analysis in this study makes use of product moment assessment analysis. Based on the data analysis carried out, the results obtained indicate that there is a significant correlation and a significant relationship between leadership and employee spirit of work, which is shown by the coefficient rxy = 0.418 with a significant p value of 0.000 0.050. This means that there is a positive relationship between leadership and morale, and the proposed hypothesis is accepted. |
