dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara religiusitas dengan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu yang bekerja di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Tipe penelitan yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 ibu yang bekerja di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa dengan kriteria ibu yang sudah menikah dan ibu yang bekerja sebagai PNS. Alat ukur yang digunakan yakni skala religiusitas yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek menurut Glock dan Stark dalam Nasrudin (2020) dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek menurut Wiliyanarti (2021). Hipotesis dari penelitian ini diterima artinya ada hubungan antara religiusitas dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat mean hipotetik kesejahteraan psikologis 72,5 dan religiusitas 105 kemudian mean empirik kesejahteraan psikologis 87,34 dan religiusitas 124,84. Hasil analisis menggunakan product moment dengan nilai koefisien korelasinya 0,976 signifikansi p = 0,000<0,050, dengan bobot sumbangan 95,3%, sehingga dapat terlihat masih terdapat 4,7% pengaruh dari faktor lain. Adapun faktor lain tersebut yaitu status sosial ekonomi, dukungan sosial, jaringan sosial, dan kepribadian. This study aims to see the correlation of religiosity and the psychological wellbeing of mothers who work in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa Direct. The type of research used is quantitative correlation with purposive sampling technique. The research sample was 32 mothers who worked in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District with the criteria of married mothers and mothers who worked as civil servants. The measuring instrument used is the religiosity scale which is based on aspects according to Glock and Stark in Nasrudin (2020), and the psychological well-being which is based on aspects according to Wiliyanarti (2021). . The hypothesis of this study is accepted, meaning that there is a correlation between religiosity and psychological well-being. This results is known by looking at the hypothetical mean of psychological well-being 72,5 and religiosity 105 then the empirical mean for psychological well being 87,34 and religiosity 124,84. The value or coefficient where the coefficient is 0,976 with a significance of p = 0,000 < 0,050, with a contribution weight of 95,3%. From these results, it is known that there are still 4,7% influence from other factors. The other factors are socioeconomic status, social support, social network, and personality. | en_US |
