Abstract: | Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas dengan kepercayaan diri remaja. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah customer remaja dengan kategori berumur 11 sampai 22 tahun yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala konformitas dan skala kepercayaan diri. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson, dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) yang memiliki nilai -0,624 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,050, yang artinya ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konformitas dengan kepercayaan diri pada remaja di Coffee Shop KoCoBa Medan Tembung dengan nilai koefisien determinan (r2) yang memiliki nilai 0,389 dengan sumbangsih sebesar 38,9%. Dengan kata lain, hipotesis diterima. Konformitas tergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 66,30 > mean hipotetik = 57,5 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilang SD= 7,261) dan untuk kepercayaan diri tergolong rendah (mean empirik = 37,85 < mean hipotetik = 45 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilang SD = 5,550). This study was to determine the correlation between conformity with adolescent self-confidence. The population and sample in this study were teenage customers in the age category of 11 to 22 years, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used a conformity scale and a self-confidence scale. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation technique from Karl Pearson, seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of -0.624 with a p or significance of 0.000 < 0.050, which means that there is a positive and significant correlation of between conformity and self-confidence in adolescents at the KoCoBa Coffee Shop. Tembung field with the value of the determinant coefficient (r2) which has a value of 0.389 with a contribution of 38.9%. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. Conformity is high (empirical mean = 66.30 > hypothetical mean = 57.5 where the difference is more than SD = 7,261) and self- confidence is low (empirical mean = 37.85 < hypothetical mean = 45 where the difference is more than say SD = 5.550). |
