Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Stress Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja ASN Di Dinas Koperasi UMKM Binjai”. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial atau simultan stress kerja dan konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Penelitian berlokasi pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil, dan Menengah Binjai, Jl. Jenderal Gatot Subroto No.34, Limau Mungkur, Binjai Bar., Kota Binjai, Sumatera Utara 20743 Waktu penelitianakan dilaksanakan dari 2020-2021.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ASN Di Dinas Koperasi UMKM Binjai sebanyak 45 ASN. Dan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden diambil dari keseluruhan populasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dimana langsung dari objek penelitian, gambar dan daftar pertanyaan yang disebarkan kepada termohon, diolah dalam bentuk data melalui alat statistik yang mana pada pegawai Dinas Koperasi UMKM Binjai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah sebagai berikut: a) Angket (Questionare), b) Wawancara, c) Studi Dokumentasi,Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: a) Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, b) Uji Statistik, c) Uji Asumsi Klasik, d) Uji Hipotesis, e) Koefisien Determinasi ( R2) Berdasarkan hasil uji t dapat diketahui stress kerja (X1) sebesar 5.242 > ttable 1.679 secara parsial dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Koperasi UMKM Binjai, dapat diketahui konflik kerja (X2) 5.471 > ttable 1.679 secara parsial dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Koperasi UMKM Binjai, dansecara simultan atau uji F diperoleh sebesar 53.963 > 3.20 Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Dan Inovasi Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaiang. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi, dapat dilihat nilai Adjusted R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,707. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 70,7%. kinerja (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel faktor stres kerja, konflik kerja dan pengawasan Sisanya sebesar 29,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Pengaruh stres kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dinilai tinggi, untuk itu perusahaan diharapkan dapat memperbaiki dan mempertahankan kondisi stres kerja dan konflik kerja para karyawannya agar kinerja karayawan dapat terus meningkat. This research aims to find out "The Effect of Stress and Work Conflicts on ASN Performance in the Binjai MSME Cooperative Service". Which aims to know partially or simultaneously work stress and work conflicts affect performance. This type of research is associative, which is a study that asks the relationship between two variables. The research is located at the Binjai Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises Office, Jl. General Gatot Subroto No.34, Limau Mungkur, Binjai Bar., Binjai City, North Sumatra 20743 Research time will be carried out from 2020-2021.The population in this study is ASN in the Binjai MSME Cooperative Office as many as 45 ASNs. And using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples in the study as many as 45 respondents were taken from the entire population. The data source used is primary data where directly from the research object, images and list of questions distributed to the respondent, processed in the form of data through statistical tools which are on employees of the Binjai MSME Cooperative Office. The data collection techniques used by researchers are as follows: a) Angket (Questionare), b) Interviews, c) Documentation Studies, Data Analysis Techniques used in this study are: a) Validity and Reliability Tests, b) Statistical Tests, c) Classical Assumption Tests, d) Hypothesis Tests, e) Coefficients of Determination (R2). Based on the results of the test can be known work stress (X1) of 5,242 > ttable 1,679 can partially affect the performance of employees of the Binjai MSME Cooperative Service, can be known work conflicts (X2) 5,471 > ttable 1,679 can partially affect positively and significantly on the performance of employees of the Binjai MSME Cooperative Service, and simultaneous research or F test obtained by 53,963 > 3.20 Entrepreneurship Competence and Product Innovation positively and positively affect and significant to the variable of advantage. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, you can see the Adjusted R Square value obtained by 0.707The figure shows that it is 70.7%. Performance (bound variables) can be explained by variable factors of work stress, work conflict and supervision The remaining 29.3% is influenced by other factors not described in the study. The influence of work stress and work conflicts on employee performance is highly rated, for that the company is expected to improve and maintain work stress conditions and work conflicts of its employees so that the performance of employees can continue to increase.
