dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel stres kerja dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengharuh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Perguruan Baruna Husada Sibuhuan, apakah variabel stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Perguruan Baruna Husada Sibuhuan dan manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Perguruan Baruna Husada Sibuhuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 39 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, maka di dapatkan sampel karyawan sebanyak 39. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variable bebas terhadap variable terikat, dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis statistic regresi linier berganda. Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu stress kerja mempunyai pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan untuk variabel kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Yayasan Perguruan Baruna Husada Sibuhuan. This study aims to determine whether the variables of work stress and compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Baruna Husada Sibuhuan College Foundation, whether the work stress variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Baruna Husada Sibuhuan Foundation Foundation and which one has an effect on dominant to the performance of the employees of the Baruna Husada Sibuhuan Education Foundation. The population in this study were all 39 employees, using the sampling technique determines. This type of research is assosiative, namely research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis technique. Then the result of research obtained are work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The compensation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. And the compensation variable (X2) has a dominant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Baruna Husada Sibuhuan College Foundation. | en_US |
