dc.description.abstractLatar belakang masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah pendidikan yang terdapat di Desa Ononamolo Talafu. Ditemukan beberapa kendala yaitu tidak memiliki handphone, tidak memiliki kuoa, akses jaringan yang tidak bagus dan fasilitas yang belum memadai. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan peran Kepala Desa dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan berbasis rumah belajar terintegrasi smart application upaya peningkatan pendidikan anak di Desa Ononamolo Talafu Kabupaten Nias. Adapun teori yang digunakan peneliti adalah teori Henry Mintzberg (1973) ada tiga bentuk peran yaitu peran pribadi (interpersonal role), peran sumber informasi (informational role), peran pembuat keputusan (decision making). Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dimana dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Kepala Desa yaitu ikut serta dalam menyampaikan pendapat (Pemikiran), membantu proses pemasangan spanduk Rumah Belajar (Tenaga), memberikan donasi untuk keperluan Rumah Belajar (Pembiyaan), mengarahkan masyarakat desa untuk ikut mendukung kegiatan Pemberdayaan Berbasis Rumah Belajar Upaya Peningkatan Pendidikan Anak Di Desa Ononamolo Talafu Kabupaten Nias. The background of the problem in this thesis is education in Ononamolo Talafu Village. Several obstacles were found, namely not having a cell phone, not having quota, poor network access and inadequate facilities. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Village Head in home-based empowerment activities integrated with smart application efforts to improve children's education in Ononamolo Talafu Village, Nias Regency. The theory used by researchers is the theory of Henry Mintzberg (1973) there are three forms of roles, namely the personal role (interpersonal role), the role of information sources (informational role), the role of decision makers (decision making). This research method is a qualitative method whereby observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the Village Head was to participate in expressing opinions (thoughts), assisting the process of installing the Learning House banners (Tenaga), making donations for the needs of the Learning Houses (Financing), directing the village community to participate in supporting Learning House-Based Empowerment activities for Improvement Efforts Children's Education in Ononamolo Talafu Village, Nias District.en_US
