dc.description.abstract | Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Peran strategis Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam pembangunan ekonomi Sumatera Utara adalah mewujudkan industri dan perdagangan yang maju, tangguh. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Secara teoritis, OCB dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepemimpinan, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan konteks budaya. Tingginya tingkat OCB dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor OCB terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui kebijakan atau strategi peningkatan OCB pegawai yang akan diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Populasinya adalah 165 pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan analisis factor factor OCB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCB dipengaruhi oleh faktor perilaku kepemimpinan, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan konteks budaya. Perilaku kepemimpinan, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan konteks budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi pegawai. Direkomendasikan penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu perusahaan meningkatkan OCB dengan memberikan pelatihan kerja, pelatihan kerjasama, dan kebijakan yang baik untuk menciptakan unit sumber daya manusia. Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province The strategic role of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province in the economic development of North Sumatra is to realize advanced, resilient industry and trade. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which significantly contributes to success in increasing productivity. Theoretically, OCB is influenced by leadership factors, job characteristics, and cultural context. High levels of OCB can increase productivity. This study aims to analyze the effect of OCB factors on improving employee performance and to determine the policies or strategies for improving employee OCB to be implemented in improving their performance. This study uses a qualitative method. The population is 165 employees. Data analysis used OCB factor analysis. The results showed that OCB was influenced by factors of leadership behavior, job characteristics, and cultural context. Leadership behavior, job characteristics, and cultural context have a positive and significant impact on employee organizational citizenship behavior. It is recommended that this research can be used to help companies improve OCB by providing job training, cooperation training, and good policies for creating human resource units. | en_US |
