dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini berjudul Strategi Komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Dalam Melakukan Sosialisasi Program Pencegahan Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap bahaya virus Covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Beberapa indikator yaitu mengenal khalayak, menyusun pesan, menetapkan metode, penggunaan media. Keempat indikator dijadikan bahan acuan dalam menyusun strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Sumatera Utara. Mengenal khalayak dilakukan dengan menentukan target sebagai komunikan dari kegiatan komunikasi. Menyusun pesan yang dapat menarik perhatian masyarakat. Menetapkan metode yang dilakukan dengan penyampaian pesan beragam dari verbal dan non verbal. Penggunaan media yang digunakan media elektronik ,cetak dan digital. This research is entitled Communication Strategy of the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office in Socializing the Covid-19 Prevention Program. The purpose of this research is to increase public awareness of the dangers of the Covid-19 virus. The type of research used in this study is using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy is carried out using several indicators, namely knowing the audience, compiling messages, setting methods, using media. The four indicators are used as reference material in compiling a communication strategy carried out by the North Sumatra Health Office. Getting to know the audience is done by determining the target as the communicant of the communication activity. Develop a message that can attract the attention of the public. Determine the method that is carried out by conveying various messages from verbal and nonverbal. The use of media used electronic media, print and digital. | en_US |
