dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Insecurity dan Social Support Terhadap Psychological well-being Pada Karyawan Outsourcing BPJS Kesehatan KC Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 karyawan outsourcing pada BPJS Kesehatan KC Medan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi adalah sampel, yaitu berjumlah 109 karyawan outsourcing. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instumen yang digunakan adalah angket job insecurity, social support dan psychological well-being yang telah valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji analisi regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada job Insecurity dan social support terhadap psychological well-being dengan F hitung= 12.077 > nilai F tabel =3.08 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p< 0.05) (2) Ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap psychological wellbeing dengan nilai T hitung= 4.18 > Ttabel = 1.65, dan tarag signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05) (3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan social support terhadap psychological well-being dengan nilai T hitung= 2.151 > Ttabel = 1.65, dan taraf signifikansi 0.034 (p<0.05). This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity and Social Support on Psychological well-being in Outsourcing Employees of BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Medan. Sampling in this study with a total sampling technique, which is 109 outsourcing employees of BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Medan. The research applied a quantitative approach. The instrument used is job insecurity, social support and psychological well-being questionnaire. This study was analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was job insecurity and social support for psychological well-being with F count = 12.077 > F table value = 3.08 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05 (2) There is a negative and significant effect of job insecurity on psychological well-being with a T count = 4.18 > T table = 1.65 (3). There is a positive and significant effect of social support on psychological well-being with a T count = 2.151 > T table = 1.65, and a significance level of 0.034 (p <0.05en_US
