dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan Stres Kerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Di Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertahanan Nasiaonal (ATR/BPN) Kota Tebing Tinggi. Skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil Di Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertahanan Nasiaonal (ATR/BPN) Kota Tebing Tinggi yang berjumlah 44 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi Product Moment, maka dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kepuasan kerja. Hasil dibuktikan dengan korelasi rxy = -0,482; P = 0,001 < 0,05 bahwa stres kerja berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 23,2%. Dan sisanya sebesar 76,8% lagi dapat dijelaskan dari faktor lain seperti; Faktor individual; meliputi umur, kesehatan watak, dan harapan. Faktor social; meliputi hubungan kekeluargaan, pandangan pekerja, kebebasan berpolitik, dan hubungan kemasyarakatan. Faktor utama dalam pekerjaan; meliputi upah, pengawasan, ketentraman kerja, kondisi kerja dan kesempatan untuk maju.. Bahwa Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertahanan Nasiaonal (ATR/BPN) Kota Tebing Tinggi memiliki stres kerja yang tergolong tinggi dengan mean empirik = 118,64 > 90 dimana selisi kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 10,417 dan kepuasan kerja di Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertahanan Nasiaonal (ATR/BPN) Kota Tebing Tinggi tergolong sedang mengarah ke rendah dengan mean empirik 134,00 > mean hipotetik = 137,5 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 21,884. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to look at the relationship between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction in Civil Servants in Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Defense Agency (ATR/BPN) Tebing Tinggi City. The scale used in this study is the scale of job stress and job satisfaction where the subjects in this study were Civil Servants in Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Defense Agency (ATR/BPN) Tebing Tinggi City, totaling 44 people. The data analysis method used in this study is Product Moment correlation, so the following results can be obtained: there is a significant negative relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. The results are proven by the correlation rxy = -0.482; P = 0.001 <0.05 that work stress contributes to job satisfaction by 23.2%. And the rest is 76,individual factors; including age, health, character, and hope. social factors; includes family relations, workers' views, political freedom, and social relations. The main factor in work; including wages, supervision, work security, working conditions and opportunities for advancement..That Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Defense Agency (ATR/BPN) of Tebing Tinggi City has relatively high work stress with an empirical mean = 118.64 > 90 where the difference between the two means exceeds SD number = 10.417 and job satisfaction in Agrarian and Spatial Planning/ The National Defense Agency (ATR/BPN) of Tebing Tinggi City is classified as moderate with an empirical mean of 134.00 > hypothetical mean = 137.5 where the difference between the two means exceeds the SD number = 21.884. From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted.en_US
