dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu dan menganalisis bagaimana ketersediaan & kebutuhan cabai merah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Daerah penelitian dilakukan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Alasan memilih Sumatera Utara adalah dengan pertimbangan bahwa tanaman cabai merah menyebar di seluruh daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan penelitian dilaksanakan berlangsung selama 6 bulan, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dalam penelitian ini data yang akan diteliti berupa data sekunder berupa, harga cabai merah di Sumatera Utara, produksi cabai, dan harga barang pengganti, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian ini adalah Dalam penelitian ini secara parsial Harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Konsumsi Cabai Di Sumatera Utara , hal ini dikarenakan t hitung > t tabel . Dalam penelitian ini secara parsial Produksi berpengaruh tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Konsumsi Cabai Di Sumatera Utara. Dalam penelitian ini secara parsial Barang Pengganti berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Konsumsi Cabai Di Sumatera Utara , hal ini dikarenakan t hitung > t table, Dalam penelitian ini variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Harga, Produksi, dan Barang Pengganti, secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Konsumsi Cabai Di Sumatera Utara karena f hitung > f tabel (28.322>2.57) dan sig 0.000 < 0.05 The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the availability & need of red chili in North Sumatra Province, the research area was carried out in North Sumatra Province. The reason for choosing North Sumatra is with the consideration that red chili plants are spread throughout the province of North Sumatra and the research is planned to last for 6 months, this study uses a quantitative approach, in this study the data to be studied in the form of secondary data in the form of red chili prices in North Sumatra , chili production, and the price of substitute goods, the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, while the results of this study are , In this study partially price has a positive and significant effect on chili consumption in North Sumatra, this is because t count > t table . In this study, partially, production has no positive and significant effect on chili consumption in North Sumatra. In this study partially substitute goods have a positive and significant effect on chili consumption in North Sumatra, this is because t count > t table, in this study the independent variables consisting of substitute goods, price, production, together affect consumption Chili in North Sumatra because f count > f table (28.322>2.57) and sig 0.000 < 0.05 | en_US |
