The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intensity among employees at CV. Sumber Harapan Tani. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were 47 people and a sample of 47 people, the researcher used a total sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis using the correlational analysis method, it is known that there is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intensity seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of -0.725 with p or a significance of 0.000 <0.050, which means the hypothesis states that there is a correlation a negative and significant correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intensity is accepted. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.526, this is equivalent to 52.6%, meaning that job satisfaction of employees contributes 52.6% to employee turnover intensity. In this study, job satisfaction among employees is low, based on the empirical average value obtained (37.98) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (50). Furthermore, it is known that the turnover intensity of employees at CV. Sumber Harapan Tani is classified as high, this is based on the empirical average value obtained (66.15) which is greater than the average hypothetical value (52.5).en_US
