Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Antara Kepuasa Kerja Dengan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan. Subjek dalam penelitian ni adalah karyawan PT.AJ Sequislife Medan dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi, dimana penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode statistik yang mengukur hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja. Penyebaran skala ini menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan perhitugan analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai atau koefisien (rxy) = 0,924 dan koefisien (r2) = 0,853 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja. Artinya semakin baik kepuasan kerja maka motivasi kerja semakin tinggi pula. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,853 menunjukan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi motivasi kerja sebesar 85,3%. Selanjutnya mean hipotetik dan empirik kepuasan kerja dalam kategori tinggi dapat diketahui perhitungan mean hipotetik = 77,5 dan mean empirik = 85,03 dan untuk motivasi kerja mean hipotetik dan empirik juga tinggi dengan mean hipotetik = 75 dan mean empirik = 85,30. This study aims to look at the correlation between job satisfaction and employed motivation. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. AJ Sequislife Medan with a sample of 30 people. This research method uses the quantitative correlation method, where this research is research using statistical methods that measure the correlation between two or more variables. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and work motivation. The distribution of this scale uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study is Product Moment correlation. Based on the calculation of the r Product Moment analysis with a value or coefficient (rxy) = 0.924 and a coefficient (r2) = 0.853 with p = 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, namely that there is a correlation between job satisfaction and work motivation. This means that the better the job satisfaction, the higher the motivation to work as well. This is proven through the calculation of the determinant coefficient (r2) = 0.853 indicating that job satisfaction affects work motivation by 85.3%. Furthermore, the hypothetical and empirical mean of job satisfaction in the high category can be seen by calculating the hypothetical mean = 77.5 and empirical mean = 85.03 and for work motivation the hypothetical and empirical mean is also high with hypothetical mean = 75 and empirical mean = 85.30.
