Analisis Usahatani Nanas (Ananas Comosus (L.) Merr.) Di Desa Siabal-Abal Ii Kecamatan Sipahutar Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Analisis Usahatani Nanas (Ananas Comosus (L.) Merr.) Di Desa Siabal-Abal II Kecamatan Sipahutar Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive (sengaja) di Desa Siabal-Abal, Kecamatan Sipahutar, Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Lokasi ini dipilih secara sengaja dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah tersebut merupakan lokasi sentral nanas di Kecamatan Sipahutar. Metode pengambilan sampel diperoleh dari petani nanas yang berada di Desa Siabal-Abal II, Kecamatan Sipahutar, Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Responden sampel petanii ditentukan dari populasi petani nanas sebanyak 250 petani, maka diambil 20% dari populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu 50 petani nanas Adapun metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner tujuannya agar jawaban yang diberikan oleh petani responden bisa tepat dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Revenue cost Rasio (R/C) dan Break Event Point (BEP). Setelah dilakukan identifikasi terhadap semua aspek tersebut maka akan dapat dilakukan perhitungan. Dari hasil yang sudah di dapat Pendapatan usahatani nanas di Desa Siabal-abal II sebesar Rp.66.098.488,-per hektar dalam satu periode tanam (1 tahun). Dilihat dari aspek finansial usahatani nanas di Desa Siabal-abal II, Kecamatan Sipahutar layak untuk dikembangkan, dilihat nilai R/C sebesar 3,22 dan nilai BEP Produksi < jumlah produksi 4.221 Kg < 13.610 Kg dan secara kelayakan nilai BEP Harga < harga rata - rata Rp.2.171,- < Rp. 7.000,. berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka usahatanii nanas di desa siabal –abal II layak untuk dijalankan. This study aims to analyze pineapple farming (Ananas Comosus (L.) Merr.) in Siabal-Abal Ii Village, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency. This research was conducted purposively (intentionally) in Siabal-Abal Village, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency, Sumatra Province North. This location was chosen deliberately with the consideration that this area is the central location of pineapples in Sipahutar District. The sampling method was obtained from pineapple farmers in Siabal-Abal II Village, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency. Respondents to the sample of farmers were determined from a population of 250 pineapple farmers, so 20% of the population was taken as a sample, namely 50 pineapple farmers. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires so that the answers given by the respondent farmers could be precise and accurate. The method used in this research is to use the Revenue cost Ratio (R/C) and Break Event Point (BEP) formulas. After identifying all these aspects, calculations can be carried out. From the results obtained, the income from pineapple farming in Siabal-abal II Village is IDR 66,098,488 per hectare in one planting period (1 year). Judging from the financial aspect of pineapple farming in Siabal-abal II Village, Sipahutar District is feasible to develop, it can be seen that the R/C value is 3.22 and the BEP Production value < total production 4,221 Kg < 13,610 Kg and from a feasibility basis the BEP value Price < average price - Rp. 2,171 on average < Rp. 7.000,-
